The trivia night is drawing close..

It’s quite fascinating .. to suddenly realise that.. more than 50 tickets have been distributed by the me and the rest of the lads in albert. Good job guys..

It’s gonna be fun and those who got the invitation but refuse to go will only have themselves to blame. In hokkien ar.. we call it ‘ciak ka ki’

Won (Korean) Ivy (Macau) Gello (China) Mac (Singapore) Yvonne (Msian) Tiffany (Hong Kong) — Interesting how globalization has become and.. yes all these ppl are going for the trivia night..of course i can’t finish listing all the names.. but these selected random names.. just gave me some point to ponder.. and the reality of globalization looms in my mind.

Went for ‘wedding crashers’ with vic, yingli, hanying and julin.. bought me an absolutely .. good location.. so i had stiff neck after 2 hours or turning my next towards to right side to get a good view.. That movie, though humourous was nonetheless unimpressive as i didn’t find it edifying.. except for the main theme which talks about true love .. and that fooling around isnt’ worth it. — but it doesn’t qualify to be in my recommended list.

After the movie.. they made me pose like a …. at fed square.. a public place in melb. And the took pics like ’siow lang’ .. was quite stunned buy their antics but .. i guess it was worth the laugh.. haha..

Aiyo.. i don’t know why.. the ‘3′ recruitment officer hasn’t get back to me yet.. Still hopeful though.. perhaps i may get a call for work in a few days time.. haha..

Still stressed over my assignmens.. dont’ want to elaborate.. the more i elaborate.. the more headache i become.. haha

Forgot.. a klang pal’s bday last sat.. and made amends by ringing him up last night.

Bumped into shih han at uni today.. and she’s living in port melb now..

Fri — dim sum with pris, sharl and gerard. yummy. =P .. hope to get a few more to tag along.

Oh well…

I’m quite tired doing all my assignments.. accounting, management and economics.. all due in 10 days time.. this is torture!!!

Spent the whole day at library..trying to make sense of my accounting assignment..with very little progress

Learnt my lesson to not that cell for granted when i had to worship lead.. and all thanks to felicia for saving the day!

Josh is feeling.. neutral today. but had a good time chatting with sarah. *winks*

and Diane who’s enjoying herself in the hospital - not sick but in the ’sports physioteraphy’ section hor? *wink* and also er EC hor? bwhahahah

Goin for interview on thurs. Actually wrote a much longer blog but accidently mis-clicked it.. so now v lazy.. See i put in effort but then.. it’s just that my fingers didn’t co-operate ler. sigh.

but into a same person 3 times today. . .considering the size of melb uni, this is quite funny.

Uni has alot of work. Better go and  do now.

And yes.. PlanetUNI’s trivia nite is coming soon. . and i got the coolest job on planet.. — to walk around and advertise the event.. so  i felt like a tape rewinding itself and repeating it over when i promote the event to ppl hahaha. but yea it’s all good and i’m loving it.

littlejosh has been very lazy to update his blog.. he had a great time after exam. Praise God he got into his preferred course .. now.. he is beginning to realise that Uni life ain’t that cool when he has heaps of assignments piled up.

I’m now still in the middle of my examination.
Because of my weak flesh that is unable to resist comp. i had to keep my laptop in my friend’s room so that i will be more productive with my revision.
Done with literature and history of ideas.. 2 tough essay papers.. hahaha

having accounting tomorrow.. and the worst of all, math on mon and then finally, to finish with a bang.. my favourite economics heehhe.. well can’t be happy till wed.

nothing much besides.. staying in .. online from time to time. and then. cont. with work loh.
sad case, start wars premiere.. but i’ll be studying. hopefully, i’ll get to watch it when i get back home to malaysia because.. it’s cheap and good. ahahha besides the censoring of certain scenes.. that u’ll have to talk to our wonderful gov’t who decides on what is good and bad for us because malaysians are NOT mature enough to think for themselves. heheheheh

oh well. nothing liow lar. valedictory next fri. and then Bak kut teh.. here i come! ahahhaha

Well. it’s kinda freaky. i just celebrated my 19th Birthday.
It was mind blowing, i was left dumbfounded and speechless– tried to cry but the tears just won’t drip.
To all the sweet peopel who msged, called, gave gift, treated me, did me scrapbook, stripped me, bullied me, and bought me jacket, wine, 2 cakes, chocolates, cap and many more. I love you all for beign so thoughtful and lovely ..

You guys have made my birthday a very very very memorable one and it was completely unexpected. i’m still shocked at the moment as i write this… but i really wams my heart.. and i must say that u guys have indeed made my day and this will enter my life as one of the MOST memorable birthday i ever had in my life.

Been busy with history of ideas exam prep. working on lit points ‘othello’ and trying to get the enginie started with maths. really busy nowdays with many extra tutes and support lectures. as my exam in fast approaching.. which also mean that i’ll be goin home soon. ehheh but i’m beginning to like melbourne.. on the other hand i miss home .. so goin back home for a while isn’t such a bad idea heh.

Blessed spiritually by those lovely people.. who are indeed very brilliant when it comes to letter writing. hahahahah..

Blessed with wonderful friends both from college and residential. I love you guys.

yes.. i must admit that it’s my fault for not updating this website…
goodness it really requires a whole heap of discipline…
i’m feeling really lazy to pen down the many things that happened to my life in melb.
let me just jot down a few key hightlights and events that happened…

altrered frequency didn’t win the AIM 2005 but i’m still proud of them. stupid malaysian 3 world mentality on the night of AIM when i couldn’t get to log in to ERA fm the official radio station that is supposed to broadcast the event live… and worse still, NTV7 .. ‘kononnya’ SALURAN CERIA- my foot ANDA dont’ even update their website.. talk about efficiency and good service.. hahahah.. even my singaporean friend took pity on me..

seen 2 ppl that i know getting saved in church and that is what i call ‘revival’ ahahhaha.. meeting wonderful , fun and crazy bunch of people who want to shake their residential for Jesus and talk simple faith and the just do it mentality… they put me to shame…I’m proud of you guys. and i feel honoured to be able to be your partner, companion, friend, coworker.. whatever u guys want to call it.. and you guys have truly encourged me and gave me more determination and passion to finish the ‘race’  victoriously…

2 weeks to exam and 4 weeks to home sweet home.. still dumbfounded but YES>. GOING HOME SOON…

Met Sis Kim last week and had dinner with her.. — she’s at melb. for a short retreat. Spoke about stuff and yes.. it was def wonderful to catch up on things — i hope to meet edmond ang when i get home this time.. hasn’t seen him for 2 years.. i wonder how he looks like now.. and also yes.. everyone at home — this includes all the sunway , klang , church ++ ppl hahaha) and also the new youth pastor.. ahahha ps jon?

Phew… if i only knew that maintaining a blog requires so much discipline and persistency. Has been quite a while since i last blogged. So many things happened and i am still quite speechless at the way time flies.

Resumed classes after break. Had the priviledge of cooking bak kut teh to my hong kong, macau, and skeptic malaysian friends ahahahah.. Nevertheless ‘most’ of them enjoed it ahhaha… Managed to watch ‘Robots’ .. went for dim sum once, went Smorgies once. Uni application briefing and as well as.. Trampoline ice cream ahahhaa…

I’ll explain more in detail when i have the time to do so. Met up with Ps. Matt for a cuppa coffee too .. It was all good.. and he really stirred a passion within me. Don’t know how things will go, but it’ll all really up to to BOSS in heaven.

I’m a little distressed to talk right now. Had a good time at starbucks for my dramam discussion just now. And I can’t wait for the month of May to be over. ahahha I know that April’s not over yet. but U’ll know why soon. bwah. For those of you who’re clueless, I apologise. ahahhaha

Yes.. today’s easter.. went to church in the morning.. (friend’s church) .. My church did not have any service today as they already had the Delirious thing. Woke up with just enough time to get ready for church (thank god for daylight saving and i got an extra hour of precious sleep).. Had vietnamese noodle after that.. for 7 Aussie (Reasonable by Aussie standard) .. got back home and did my literature points.. yes.. ‘frankenstein’ and ‘Bush Studies’- found out that BILLABONG stands for water hole ahahah …. had ‘continental microwaved pasta’ for dinner and back to work now.. Yes.. can’t wait till thursday.. went to discuss economics at friend’s place yesterday and left my calculator at her place. .. ate some easter chocolate today.. there are some chocolate eggs here that are as huge as 1 kg.. big round eeg but it’s hollow on the inside. Alright.. back to work.. adieu.. people…

    I’m still left in shock at how fast time flies .. We are celebrating Good Friday and Easter when Christmas as if just happened yesterday. Good Friday in Melb. means holiday and more holiday. You will see the city street practically deserted with small groups of international students loiterring around. Went to the Melbourne Arts Hall for an Easter concert with Delirious. Hahah for those of you who’re familiar with Christian bands.. imagine seeing Planetshakers and Delirous performing one after another.. Can’t really write alot at the moment. I’m have work to do as my exam is on tues. Yes I have literature points to complete, with economics and calculus not too far away. *sweat.. I know this blog sucks.. i’ll look into its features when i have more time.. but posting some jottings and thoughts is sufficient for now. In this occasion, lets take a minute to remember the death and ressurection of Jesus Christ which changed history and ponder upon His marvelous love that was poured out to us so freely. The selfless act of love displayed and the obedience of Christ even to the point of dying on the cross reminds me of our Saviour’s love for us… as the famous song goes..

Missing everyone at home but finding Melbourne not too bad as well.
